Our Commitment to Accessibility

Redler Technologies Ltd. is committed to making this website usable by people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards so that all visitors have equal access to our information and services.

Accessibility Standard

This website is intended to meet the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. These regulations refer to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA.

We work to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which includes all WCAG 2.0 AA requirements. The site currently partially conforms: some content does not yet fully meet the standard (see Known Limitations).

For international customers we also take into account the European standard EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, all of which are aligned with WCAG.

Accessibility Settings on This Site

The Accessibility button in the site header opens an accessibility settings panel. It can be operated with a keyboard and a screen reader, and your choices are saved in your browser for future visits. It offers:

• Text size: enlarge text up to 200%
• Contrast: high contrast (light text on a black background) or inverted colours
• Theme: light or dark
• Grayscale: remove colour from the page
• Highlight links: underline and outline every link
• Readable font: a plain, dyslexia-friendly typeface
• Text spacing: wider line, letter, word and paragraph spacing
• Stop animations: stop motion, transitions and autoplaying background video
• Big cursor and focus highlight
• Reset all settings, plus links to this statement and for reporting a problem

These settings are an aid, not a substitute for accessible content. The site is also built to work with your own browser and operating-system settings, such as browser zoom, the "reduce motion" setting and screen readers.

What We Have Made Accessible

• Keyboard operation: menus, dialogs and forms are designed to be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• Structure: headings and page regions that assistive technologies can navigate
• Skip link: a "Skip to main content" link is the first item reached with the Tab key
• Text alternatives: descriptive alternative text for informative images
• Forms: labelled fields and descriptive error messages
• Dialogs: focus moves into a dialog when it opens, Esc closes it, and focus returns to where you were
• Media: background videos on the home page are decorative, have no sound, and can be stopped with "Stop animations"
• Colour: information is not conveyed by colour alone

Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The website is designed to work with:

• Browsers: current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile
• Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android)
• Other: keyboard-only navigation and screen magnification

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site are not yet fully accessible. We are working on the following:

• Some older PDF documents (datasheets and manuals) may not be fully accessible. Contact us for an accessible version
• Some decorative animations are script-driven and may not all stop when "Stop animations" is on
• Third-party content (such as embedded maps, videos and social media widgets) may not fully meet the standard
• Password-protected customer, distributor and management areas have not yet been fully reviewed
