Description
Redler Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the company's strategic projects, based in Kfar Saba.
This is a key role and part of the company's management team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead strategic projects from the pre-sales stage through delivery to the customer, with full responsibility for meeting customer requirements, schedules, quality targets, and budget. The role includes leading internal and external interfaces, managing the business relationship with customers and suppliers, and driving everyone involved in the project to ensure its success.

What will you do?
Manage and lead complex projects end-to-end, from order receipt through delivery to the customer
Own project targets: quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction
Manage the business and commercial relationship with customers in Israel and abroad throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and drive suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material availability, quality, and on-plan deliveries
Lead interfaces with Engineering, R&D, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Operations
Build work plans, manage milestones, identify risks, remove blockers, and control execution
Present project status to company management and lead decision-making processes
Lead continuous improvement and streamline project management processes across the organization
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience defining and leading orders and projects with defense and civilian industry customers, in Israel and internationally
Experience managing projects from the pre-order stage through delivery to the customer
Experience working with development teams on requirements definition and project management at the development, prototype, and qualification level, and leading NPI processes and the transfer of products from development to production
Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and the supply chain
Experience in matrix management and leading multiple interfaces
Significant experience with project management systems and tools, including planning and controlling work plans, task management, tracking milestones, risks, and resources, and producing management reports
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field
At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects at an electronics manufacturing company
Ability to lead and motivate people without direct managerial authority
Broad systems, business, and operational perspective
Assertiveness, initiative, independence, and the ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
Excellent English (spoken, reading, and writing)
Willingness to travel abroad as projects require
Digital orientation and innovation
Experience with ERP systems, project management systems, and advanced digital tools
High proficiency with AI tools and the ability to harness innovative technologies to improve work processes and information management
